The room was conformable, spacious and clean. We spent 3 nights during Christmas. The only downside was no housekeeper during our stay. Wish I were informed about it during the booking process.

Very limited parking and if you don't get in the option is an NCP carpark down the road which is very expensive. 2 lifts that seem to ignore direction arrows. Ended up on the 13th floor several times trying to get to ground. On the plus side, comfy bed, soft pillows and good location

Nice hotel, only really used the room and had a quick drink in the bar in the evening. Despite being up on the 6th floor there was quite a bit of noise from the street below in the early hours, but otherwise all fine.
