Saw and killed bugs in the room every day. I know it's a pet friendly hotel but the bedspread had enough animal hair that if you laid an article of clothing on it it would pick up the hair. The rooms are in need of updating. The room was not serviced the first day. Apparently you have to ask to have fresh towels and the room serviced.

The room had an odor. The air conditioning had been turned off so it was humid and hot. It made falling asleep that much harder. There was no comfort in this room. The shower had little water pressure.

It served its purpose. Older building, room smelled like smoke. It was fairly clean. Staff was great. Bristol in general is really hard to get around with a car. Took me almost 90 minutes to get an uber to an airport. If you are going to Bristol, either drive or rent a car (not the hotels fault obviously). Considering the price and the limited hotel options in Bristol for the game, it could have been much worse. As long as you know what you’re getting into ahead of time it’s fine.

The motel was right off the expressway. There was a gas station and fast food close. There were no ways to walk to these safely without walking in the road.

Appalling in every sense

Appalling. 8 star you’ve got to be joking. If you feel it’s ok to charge $350/night USD ($500 AUD)please take a look around at other hotels and what they provide for a far more reasonable price. We are Australians travelling around USA that have stayed in 12 different hotels over the past weeks, in towns that have offered great rooms for a fair price. Obviously an ongoing plumbing issue with our toilet and shower unusable. Yes you may have 24/7 service but for travellers having to deal with your plumbing issue at 3am is not negotiable.not even a smile on check-in. An absolute rip off and embarrassment to the Red Roof brand.
