If you’re traveling to Bristol this is the place to stay. Close to everything with a private backyard oasis that makes you feel like you’re far away from the crowds. The communication with owners is the best I’ve experienced by far. We always stay at private owned homes when traveling, this place and owners exceeded our expectations. The snacks, coffee, and all the little extras was icing on the cake. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this attractive, well-kept, and very comfortable property. The kitchen was spotless and reasonably well-equipped. All of the appliances and mechanical systems worked exactly as expected. The outdoor spaces were a wonderful bonus — we loved the covered deck, the inviting firepit area, the hot tub, and the convenient outdoor dining setup. The host was exceptionally responsive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. When we return to Bristol, this will be our first choice for a place to stay.

House was clean and located close to downtown. We enjoyed bringing our dog and staying together as a family. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook. AC worked well and we used the washer and dryer to clean our clothes. Our favorite was the hot tub and ring toss game out back. We enjoyed playing the game as a family and spending time together. The carport was a plus too. It kept our truck cooler on hot summer days.

Fantastic house - beautifully furnished, clean, and very inviting. Hot tub was amazing and very easy to access. Closed in patio was perfect for my friend's dog to explore off leash. Walking distance to downtown Bristol, including Blackbird Bakery. Felt like home. Highly recommend!

Bristol Music Trip

Excellent location near Bristol downtown area. We had easy access to Paramount Theatre and the Country Music Museum. The house was perfect (2 older couples), 2 bedrooms and 2 baths all on a single level. We didn’t do any cooking, but all amenities were there. The weather was perfect and we spent much of our down time on the back porch. We would heartily recommend this house for anyone visiting the Bristol area!

Great stay on family roadtrip

We found our one night stay in Bristol rejuvenating after a long day in the car. The hosts have thought of so many helpful ways to make their home comfortable for travelers. Home has been nicely decorated and is very close to the interstate, but still feels quiet and peaceful.

Bristol Escape

This house was in a quiet location but close to Bristol’s main shopping and restaurant area. The house was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and made us feel at home. The outside patio area was lovely to relax in the sun and it has all the amenities you would require. Jennifer was very responsive with any questions and was an excellent host.
