Room dated in parts, needs a lick of paint to freshen it up. Very comfortable bed, lovely shower. Bar very overpriced, much better bars 100 yards away on the Harbourside.

Excellent stopping point

We stayed at the Bristol Hotel when going to a concert in Bath. It’s within say walking distance of the train station, and the surrounding area is pleasant. The hotel was comfortable and check in and out were easy. Would recommend.

This is a wonderful property located perfectly for central Bristol activities. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The property and room were spotless. In addition the room was quiet as anyone could ask for. When I get back to Bristol, I will be staying here again.
A visit to the SS Great Britain all of a 10 minute walk from the hotel is a must.

We had a room that overlooked the river which gave good views of the city. However it was also facing the clubs and bars of the waterside. The windows weren’t good enough and the bass from the Clubs could definitely be heard in the room which made it difficult going to sleep. The air conditioning unit was also quite load. The room was a bit tired considering it was an upgrade. The shower was also quite poor and the TV didn’t work properly.

Worth night in UK. Couldn't sleep untl 3 am because a group of giest partying in the patio The room is so small that you cannot get out of the bed without hitting the wall. You canno bend over the sink if the bathroom door is not closed

Stayed here for 1 night and wouldn’t stay again. The room smelt odd and wasn’t very clean when we checked in. Also, the walls were paper thin so we were kept awake by noisy neighbours during the night. Good location and friendly staff but definitely a lot of room for improvement as the cleanliness of the room was not up to a decent standard.

I was encouraged to try The Bristol by colleagues that also travel for work and laudes the quality. I wasn't disappointed. The food exceeded my expectations and the bed was comfortable and huge. So was my TV.
