Top Deck is a beautifully presented first floor apartment, with an enviable position in the traditional fishing town of Brixham.
Internally the apartment is finished to a high standard and boasts a large picture window and furnished balcony to take in the spectacular views of the harbour, town and out to sea.
The apartment is in an ideal location, just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Brixham. Here you will find a delightful harbour to stroll along, a selection of shops, cafés and pubs as well as plenty of restaurants serving up the catch of the day!
Several beaches can be reached within a 20-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning natural beauty the area offers, there are an array of attractions to fill your days, these include Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Quaywest Waterpark and several National Trust properties.
The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler which is only turned on from October to May. During this time the level of heating can be controlled by the individual apartments. There are also independently controlled convector heaters which can be used for additional heating whenever required.
