Elite Experiences presents, Bitter Goose Mountainside Cabins, this is one of four private cabins with a Hot Tub, and shared seasonal pool, located in the Allegheny Mountains, 15 minutes from Raystown Lake.

*PLEASE NOTE: All (4) cabins have very similar layouts to each other, although you can request a particular Cabin, unfortunately we can`t guarantee which cabin guests will be assigned to. They will be assigned according to availability.

Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us. If you have more than 4 guests, over the age of 2, an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night plus service fee and taxes applies.

PETS are allowed with approval, $100 pet fee per pet applies.

• Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
• Bedroom 2: Twin Bunk Bed
○ All guests must be included in the reservation count.

○ If you have more than 4 guests (over the age of 2), an additional fee of $25 per person/night applies.

○ Failure to register all guests may result in cancellation with no refund.

○ Pets allowed upon request & additional fee of $250/pet per stay.

○ No smoking or vaping inside. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

○ No unauthorized events or parties.

○ Respect the neighbors & quiet hours: 11PM-7AM.

○ Respect the neighbors property. Please don`t go over the property lines, they are marked.

○ Follow hot tub rules, if changing the hot tub water is required, a $200 fee will be assessed.

○ No glass outside. No slip and slides allowed. No diving (the pool is 6` at the deep end).

○ The pool is open seasonally between May 1st- Oct. 1st.

○ Although the pool is heated, the water temperature might differ according to the weather outside.

○ For safety & security, there are outdoor surveillance cameras.

○ No hunting or firearms permitted on the property.

○ No fireworks on the property.

○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver`s license prior to check-in.

○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.

○ Check all your belongings before leaving. Shipping forgotten items will incur a $35 fee.

○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
