Sleeps up to 12 guests with a flexible, group-friendly sleeping layout including one king bed, three queen beds, two Twin XL beds, plus additional rollaway or air mattress sleeping options when needed. Ideal for families, multiple families, or adult groups. Massive 815+ sq ft heated drive-through shop/garage with radiant in-floor heat — perfect for snowmobiles, ATVs, ice-fishing gear, and trailers. Huge paved driveway with parking for 12+ vehicles. Two living rooms plus an open kitchen and dining area so larger groups can spread out comfortably. Cozy radiant in-floor heating throughout the home makes January–March stays warm and comfortable.
