Bedroom 2-3 twin beds, TV's, shared full bath. Perfect for families or groups of friends. A great open floor plan downstairs and plenty of privacy in the bedrooms upstairs. The location allowed a lot of privacy, but it was only a five minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores and other essential shoppers. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of booking again

Yep - the pictures are real. This is an extremely well decorated 3 BR house that is a spectacular find. It looks BRAND NEW! Well stocked, very comfortable, and communication superb. We will book here whenever in the Rochester / Brockport area. Safe, secure, privacy fence, super clean. Would stay again and recommend highly.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home that had everything you needed! We cooked and watched movies and even enjoyed the hot tub while there. The Master Bedroom is very relaxing and we both slept great with the soft bedding, perfect mattress and ample space. There was plenty of space for our kids and loved having 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen and living room space is stunning, I specifically loved how the lights are on dimmers. Great extra touch. Our dogs enjoyed the open fenced in backyard as well. We have family 10 min away and hope to stay here again when we are back in town. Aaron and Maggie were perfect hosts and everything was super clean.
