Welcome to The Sweet Home Cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma!

This modern luxury cabin sits alone on 2.5 wooded acres surrounded by pine trees. It is conveniently located between the tourist attractions of Hochatown, numerous hiking trails, grocery stores and must haves in Broken Bow. A perfect vacation destination or a quiet place to work from home!


OUR HOME
This two story cabin highlights the vaulted ceilings with high windows that brings lots of light indoors and beautiful views of the pine trees. The spacious loft area overlooks the main living space with an open-concept living room and kitchen. The covered patio is the main attraction of the cabin, featuring a fireplace, grill, and outdoor activities for gathering.

KITCHEN
The Quartz countertop island and open kitchen space is complete with four counter stool seating, showcasing the open shelving and closed cabinets. Well equipped with a stainless steel fridge, electric range, pot filler, large stainless steel sink, and dishwasher. It also includes a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, baking sheet, cooking tools, dinnerware set, silverware, wine glasses, spices and much more.
The washer and dryer are tucked away in the closed cabinets in the kitchen area.

BED
The cabin has two bedrooms on the first floor. One with a full size bed, and the second with twin size bunk beds. The loft has a king size bed. Smart TVs are available in both bedrooms and the loft.

BATH
The bathroom is conveniently located between the two first floor bedrooms. It features double vanities with plenty of counter and cabinet space, walk-in custom shower, and a freestanding soaker tub.

NEWLY ADDED
A work from home station in the first floor bedroom and the loft area is complete with a desk, extra monitor, keyboard, and HDMI cables. The high speed internet allows guests to have the option to work remotely.

OUTDOOR
No detail was left out with the outdoor living space. The covered patio includes lots of seating to lounge, surrounding the fireplace and built-in propane grill with a mini fridge. There is plenty of space for outdoor games including foosball, corn hole, and large tower blocks. The hot tub sits on the deck located right off the porch, and leads to the fire pit area in the woods under string lights. Grill cooking set and roasting sticks for s'mores are available in the main kitchen cabinets. The front gravel area offers plenty of space for parking, and perfect for boats and jet skis!

NOTES
*WiFi and cable are available. Although we offer this amenity to our guest, we are not responsible for speed or connectivity issues.
*Your safety matters. Two exterior cameras are facing outside perimeter only.
*We allow a maximum of 6 guests (including children). Exceeding maximum occupancy will be subjected to additional charges per night.
*Pets are allowed, up to 2 cats or dogs of any size. No pets are permitted on furniture. The $100 pet fee covers the extra cleaning to ensure there are no evidence of pets for the following guest.
*Check-in is after 4:00pm, and check-out is before 11:00am. While we try to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures at this time due to the high demand season. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to ensure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
*A starter set-up of paper towels, toilet paper, cleansing soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and Keurig cups will be provided. Feel free to bring your own supplies based on your personal needs.
*The hot tub is drained, sanitized and refilled after every guest.
*An email will be sent before check-in, which includes the guidebook and will also be available in the Vrbo app. This includes keyless access, check-in, checkout instructions, and directions to the cabin.
