Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-concept layout encompassing the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Ample large windows and vaulted ceilings bathe the space in natural light, while pull-down shades ensure complete privacy when desired. The interior boasts white shiplap walls, warm brown wood accents, and elegant granite countertops, creating a modern and inviting atmosphere.

The king bedroom is adorned with luxurious high-end bedding and an abundance of extra pillows, ensuring a restful and blissful night's sleep. Your bedroom retreat offers direct access to the deck, providing you with the convenience of being just steps away from snuggling in front of the outdoor fireplace with a glass of wine or indulging in a champagne soak in the hot tub while gazing up at the starry night sky.

Up in the loft, you'll find a twin bed with an additional twin trundle bed for extra sleeping convenience. The cozy beanbag chair and soft accent rug create a comfortable and inviting space. Hochatown is a small town bursting with boundless excitement and adventure, where the art of glamping reigns supreme.

Immerse yourself in the wonders of Hochatown, where opportunities for outdoor exploration abound. Embark on exhilarating hikes through the breathtaking Kiamichi Forest, with trailheads just a short drive from the cabin area. Delight in the thrill of boating on the pristine waters of Broken Bow Lake, discovering hidden coves and picturesque vistas. Indulge in the allure of the region's wineries, uncovering new flavors and experiences. Plus, Hochatown offers an array of captivating attractions to discover and enjoy.

* Boat Slip - The cabin is approximately an 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.

To ensure your trip planning is seamless, we will provide you with an online Area Guide upon booking, featuring a comprehensive list of attractions and restaurants in Broken Bow. This invaluable resource will simplify your journey and enhance your overall experience, allowing you to make the most of your time in this extraordinary destination.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time:No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.


Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!

Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
