The living area is furnished with a plush sectional and three cozy chairs, ensuring there's ample room for everyone to relax and feel at home. The coffee table stands ready for board games or puzzle nights, adding a touch of cozy charm to your stay.
• The joy of cooking comes alive in the well-equipped kitchen, ready for your culinary adventures! Stocked with all the essentials, from pots and pans to utensils and appliances, it's designed to make you feel right at home—even when you're away from it. Although you'll need to bring your own food, everything else is provided for a delightful cooking experience. • The Outdoor Space

Enjoy a delicious meal with your group on the spacious outdoor table, or fire up the propane grill for a sizzling BBQ. After an adventure-filled day, soothe your muscles in the luxurious hot tub, which can seat up to 8. And don't forget to check out the swing garden and rock climbing wall for the little ones, as well as the inviting firepit area with seating for 8, perfect for sharing s'mores and campfire stories under the starry night sky.
• The Location
The cabin has everything your group needs to have an amazing stay in Hochatown (aka Broken Bow)! And, as if things couldn't get any better, the cabin is close to everything! The Sasquatch candy shop and The Yard are just minutes down the road, as are the specialty grocery store, Local 259 and some of the favorite eateries in the area. The lake is a quick 7-10 minute drive, as are hiking trails, the golf course, and more! You are truly in one of the best locations in the area . We look forward to hosting you!
• Boat Slip
The cabin is located an approximately 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.
◆ Property's House and Security Rules ◆
Maximum Occupancy: 8 (4 adults, 4 children) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. We can accommodate up to 2 extra small children over the max.
No pets allowed.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement.
A $500 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.
✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.
For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time:
No Pets No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted
Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.
Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.
Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.
Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.
Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!
Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!
Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
