Experience the timeless allure of New England living in our cozy VRBO retreat nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of Brooklin, Maine. This charming home offers a peaceful haven for families, friends, and small groups seeking an authentic escape to the tranquility of coastal Maine.

This listing is for the WHOLE property and includes a spacious main house boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms, complemented by a bonus one-bedroom apartment above the garage for added comfort and flexibility. (Spectacular sunset views from the deck!)

Book this property for the whole family and claim the upstairs apartment for yourself, it's a gem and rarely available!

Our property offers rustic comfort with ample space for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy park-style picnic grills and a firepit during your stay.

Both buildings boast incredible sunset views!

The main house features a 3+ bedroom, 2-bath split style layout. The master bedroom is situated on one side, while guest bedrooms occupy the other. The living area combines an open-style full kitchen equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and a 65" TV-equipped living room. The dining table is located on the enclosed back porch.

The first floor hosts a full bathroom with a shower, tub, sink, and toilet, conveniently located across from the laundry room (complimentary washer and dryer available; BYO detergent).

On the second floor, the master bedroom with a king bed enjoys an en-suite bathroom, accessible via a separate staircase in the walk-through bonus room. A bonus bedroom with a floor-length privacy curtain and a queen bed adds to the accommodations.

Above the living room/kitchen area, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed.

The Carriage House Apartment is a separate unit above the garage, offering a private entrance off the second-floor porch. It features a king-size bed, a full living room, kitchen, and bathroom - a favorite spot for many of our guests!

Guests have access to the entire property and both buildings, except for the basement (it's just a crawl space - trust us, you don't want to go down there) and the garage (currently used for storage and undergoing organization).

Please note that the ability to climb stairs is necessary, as all but one bed is located on the second floor!

Beautiful Brooklin

Wonderful part of the world! We found house very comfortable though "apartment" is NOT an apartment but a suite. A checkin list would be helpful. Otherwise A-OK. Feel very grateful to enjoy such. beautiful part of America.
