Disgusting! There was blood on ALL of our sheets including the extra sheets for the pull-out couch. Management was not concerned nor did they do anything to fix the issue besides give me new sheets so I could make my own beds. I will NEVER stay here again.

We arrive late due to a delayed flight but check in was confusing bc we entered the Hilton side not realizing they were different building. We went in and out a few times during the day and the front desk women didn’t greet us once which I thought was odd but maybe that’s normal for Colorado

Great Place to stay. Breakfast was amazing. Very Clean. Very easy to get to with pleanty of parking. I used the Gym each day we were there. We also used did a few loads of laundry.

Nice location between Boulder and Denver. Quiet location and rooms were quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. The breakfasts were good and the woman who was working while we were there was lovely and helpful.

Most of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, when we had received the incorrect room several of the employees tried to fix the problem and for that I thank them. There was one Employee (Ksana) that was very rude and didnt seem to care about guest inconveniences and would just reply with "you need to go thru the 3rd party for the booking". Even raising her voice as to argue with me, someone like that should not be in a customer service position.

Not well maintained, dirty unhelpful team

Even though the hotel and rooms are pretty and spacious At check in: Unfortunately rooms were not cleaned thoroughly: hair in bathroom, smelly dirty dishwasher, months worth of dust on the beds. During the stay: They claim to only offer cleaning once every other day which for the price didn't make sense to me. And cleaning during the stay didn't include floors or vacuuming!! My kids have allergies we had to ask 4 times as the room wasn't vacuumed for 5 consecutive days, only to be met with very rude same answer we were getting for every request we made " we are at full capacity we can't". Asked multiple times to keep a toilet brush and trash bags in the room so we can clean daily ourselves but also they didn't, I ended up buying cleaning tools and materials to keep the room up to my cleaning standards. We stayed 14 days, had to change 5 rooms with 3 kids as we had to book different room types since they were full. We asked the staff to minimize our moves even if we settle for a lower grade but she wouldn't bother make the effort, and didn't even bother to mention they had trolley to help us move our bags! As we moved, many rooms had nosey refrigerators, broken AC that would just stop working in the middle of a heat wave. As I was staying alone with 3 kids I thought booking here would be worth the money to make my stay easier, unfortunately it was far from that. We will make sure not to book here again
