This is a bare bones property which is we what my husband was after. Everything was clean. Several light bulbs were burned out in the room, especially the bathroom and the room was upgraded that included a cute kitchenette. The freezer appeared to have had a soda explode due to freezing and there were remnants of that frozen in the freezer. We learned about five rooms needed light bulb changes from housekeeping. For the price, location, cleanliness, convenience, and price, it was perfect. On a picky note, the door to the room on the inside was peeling badly and had several dents in it.
