We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location was fine, an easy walk to the grand place. Reception staff were friendly. We had a suite with an extra bed for our teenager, which was also nice.
The housekeeping was lacking: they only made up the beds and didn't remove dirty cups and glasses, or provide new coffee pods.
Breakfast was also disappointing. Both days we came downstairs within the advertised time to find hardly anything left. One day we even had to ask for bread. No pastries left, and no warm food.
