Super traditional hotel

Very pretty traditional hotel with impressive sweeping staircase. Large well appointed rooms. Superb breakfast. Marco and Nathalie could not have been more helpful. Such brilliant hosts. We visited without a car and Marco happily gave us a lift to the bus on many occasions

Fluer de Lis was wonderful. The hosts were excellent, nothing was any trouble. We all enjoyed a chat about our countries as we are from Australia. The property was excellent, clean, quiet, friendly and a home away from home. Supurb breakfast. 10/10

Lovely 3 nights stay

We really enjoyed our 3 nights spent at the Fleur de Lys, The Hosts were warm and attentive to ur needs, Breakfast was superb, The room was spacious although the bathroom was not that big.. The grounds were lovely, Unfortunately the mosquitos were a bit annoying, but hey that is nature.

The hotel is nice and included a very good breakfast. Marco is a wonderful host and gave us helpful travel recommendations. Our room was nice and comfortable. We would suggest airing out the lobby and hallways and adding nice aroma. The building and grounds could use some upkeep.

This was an amazing find...its a château style hotel...STUNNING...from the marble reception...to the amazing rooms...was a pleasure to stay here...room had all u need for a comfortable home from home feel with an huge bedroom and bathroom...so well decorated and vvvvv clean...room had all mod cons ie tv..kettle..coffee maker etc...we felt so special staying here and would highly highly recommend if in area...grounds are beautiful...breakfast and parking was free...breakfast continental beautiful served to you by a charming host...luved luved luved staying here..thank you to proprietor natilie and marco..Great advive for coast along france...please stay and see the grandeur of this place.

Location is best for travelers with car. Public Transportation in the area is not good in weekends, but Marco was very helpful about getting me to the train station in a rainy Sunday. He and his wife care for the guests, they’re very attentive. This is a house from 1959 built like an old French residence and transformed by them into a hotel. I imagine weekend getaways for people from the area and events being held there.

We had the best time here whilst visiting family in Holland. This hotel was chosen due to its beauty and reviews. We had 2 rooms, one for us and one for our boys. A 3 night stay on our return journey home via Brugge. Marco and Nathalie our hosts were simply fab. Breakfast was exceptional and rooms were beautiful, Clean and spacious. We managed to pick the hottest 3 days ever so the pool was very welcome relief. Seriously 42 degrees.. Marco did everything he could to make us comfortable. Thank you both for everything 💖 We will return.

We recently spent a great couple of nights at Hotel Fleur de Lys. It felt like we were in a beautiful French Chateau. The owner, Marco was very hospitable and we enjoyed our conversations with him. GREAT OWNERS!

The owners are amazing! They were so kind and helpful, going above and beyond. They made excellent restaurant recommendations and even drove us to the bus stop to Bruges. The included breakfast was delicious with many options. The location was somewhat isolated, but an easy bus ride to Bruges. The hotel is in need of some maintenance, but it is an excellent value.

Fantastic stay

It's a lovely hotel within a 10 to 15 minute walk of the train station that goes onto Bruges or a bus stops right outside the hotel that also goes into Bruges. Marco was very welcoming and had lots of local knowledge, would recommend a stay at the Fleur De Lys.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns wohl. Das Badezimmer ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - hier ist nicht der Charme gemeint. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Etwas mehr Flexibilität für Vegetarier wäre schön. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Fanden jedoch den Preis viel zu hoch.
