Quiet appartment near the forest and Plan de Corones
Our apartment is a small studio (living room and bedroom together) in a new apartment building in a quiet area of Riscone/Reischach, a suburb of the nearby town of Brunico.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a small terrace.
There is a sofa bed for the first two guests, and two small foldable beds for the third or fourth guest.
Please note that when occupying with 4 people, almost the entire living space is used.

Guests have access to the whole appartment.
You have also an assigned parking spot (1 normal car) in the basement (level -1)

Preis-Leistung völlig inadäquat: 3.105 für 13 Nächte in schlechter Appartementqualität.Bett war viel zu eng für 2 Personen, 2 schmale, unbequeme Matratzen mit Besucherritze, in die man immer wieder hineingerollt ist. Ehemann ist notgedrungen auf ausklappbare Zusatzliege ausgewichen: Schmuddelig, hart, eng, unbequem. Keine Möglichkeit Hosen, Kleider etc. in einen Schrank zu hängen, da die Schränke voll mit Utensilien z. B. Staubsauger waren und schlecht rochen und die Kleiderstangen viel zu dicht über Wäschevorräten hingen. Alter Nippes auf den Möbeln nahm obendrein viel zu viel Platz ein.Küchenausstattung war knapp, in mäßiger bis saumäßiger Qualität und z. T. unbrauchbar: Pfannen verkratzt, Backofen verdreckt und verrostet. Bachblech und Gitter versifft und angerostet. Schimmelecke im fensterlosen Bad mit flackernder Deckenleuchte, z. T. ohne Lampenschirm.Mülltonne war mit Müll von vorherigen Gästen fast voll. Haben die Tonne aus der Tiefgarage hoch selbst zur Straße hinunter und zurück rollen müssen und wertvolle Urlaubszeit verloren.Terasse: Verkommener Abstellplatz für Müll und Utensilien, für die im Zimmer kein Platz mehr war. Verrostetes und verbeultes Schrottauto im Blick, weil direkt an der Terasse geparkt. Diese Bude würden wir niemandem empfehlen: ReineGeldverschwendung.

Gemühtliche Ferienwohnung am Kronplatz.
Wir hatten das Glück, diese Ferienwohnung relativ kurzfristig buchen zu können.Es hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt – der Preis war angemessen, die Kommunikation mit Jakob/Giuseppe war ausgezeichnet, und die Lage zum Skilift war perfekt.Was braucht man mehr für einen gelungenen Skiurlaub?

Super Lage für Skiurlaub am Kronplatz
Die 1-Zimmer FeWo liegt ca. 7-800 m von der Liftanlage zum Kronplatz entfernt. Dort kann man die Skier und Schuhe in einem Depot einstellen - damit ist die Strecke auch zu Fuß gut machbar. Alternativ gibt es einen riesigen Parkplatz (5 €/Tag).
Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet, ideal für 2 Personen. Mit den Zustellbetten sind auch 4 Personen möglich (so haben wir es genutzt). Es ist dann wie beschrieben schon recht eng, aber für ein paar Tage zum Skifahren ging das ganz gut.
Jakob, der Vermieter, ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett.
