Staff very courteous & room ambience is very good. Situation during breakfast could have been better, looked little crowded and bit chaotic. Hot water supply also had problem one day.

Good location and hotel was spotless, didn’t quite put 5 stars as felt the request for more coffee pods (only supplied 2) sugar and milk was quite difficult and I was asked to go down to reception to collect (which I refused as wasn’t dressed - I also completed the post check in questionnaire which was designed to check if there was anything else they could do which I said I’d like more coffee and milk but this didn’t happen, hence I telephoned reception later on to ask. 2 pods for 2 people is a bit light!

Beautiful hotel, nice staff. But a period of inconsistent cleaning quality. My room was 2 hours late in being ready for check-in. I asked for no cleaning service on day 2, yet service people came into the room, leaving the toilet running a flow of water for hours (why didn't they fix it?)

I arrived after midnight and the check in was very fast and easy. The person at the reception, Zuhaib, was very professional and accommodating to my requests, and went the extra mile to make sure l had what i needed during my stay. Kudos to him and the hotel for having him!

Det var ett väldigt trevligt rum, rent och fräscht. Tyvärr saknas det lilla extra för att vara perfekt. Det var ett bra märke på duschtvål och schampoo men inte påfyllt så duschtvålen var nästan helt slut. Frukosten var trevlig men det fylldes inte på
