AC was not working in the first assigned room. Although it took us a bit of time waiting in between rooms, yet staff was very helpful working hard to switch for another room for us. Overall are relatively clean and comfortable, but the floor in the room is dirty.

The hotel itself is great with exception of the wifi only working downstairs and there is no restaurants near or onsite except for the one in the holiday inn next door which was booked already.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Amenities
One selects this property for 2 reasons. First, proximity to the airport. The second is as an extended work stay as it has laundry and a kitchen. If you are on a vacation and want to use it as a home base- don’t. It’s not convenient to anything in Brussels other than the airport. The facility itself, for a property that isn’t old, looks old. There is no selection of restaurants in the area. You are limited to a poor restaurant in the hotel next door or Uber Eats. Again, if you have a day between flights and you don’t want to see Brussels it’s fine. Not great, but fine.
