Everything was perfect! Lovely place. Although a few staff wasn’t helpful and one just knocked, said room service and open my door without my consent, it was good I had my robe on as I was making my hair. Asides that everything was okay.

Staff is very quick and kind, but the hotel itself is one of those so high tech, it’s actually harder to figure how features work then it would be not to have them at all! Design over functionality is never great. But great location and impeccable service.

Not what we expected. While location is great and room design is as well, the noise disturbances from loud guests next door in the adjoining room (sound insulation is very poor) and when housekeeping was cleaning were the worst I've ever experienced. Security had to be called 3 times before they came to address the noise at 1AM. And the the guests picked back up their raucus partying at 4AM. The housekeeping attendant was unbothered when I explained we were sleeping as she was slamming things around during cleaning the next day. We also had to have our room keys reset 5 different times in 3 days and they were never kept near anything that could demagnetize them. For this price point, we expected a much smoother experience. Also we were surprised by the repair work to the hallway corridor where mildew and mold must smells were overwhelming. I understand these things happen but we should have been warned or that floor should be closed until the repairs were complete and the air quality improved.

We had an issue with a broken door lock and had to move rooms, which took some time and disrupted our sightseeing plans. However, the staff handled it well and were very apologetic and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay — the hotel is nice, the rooms are modern, and the staff were all kind. Special mention to the young gentleman working at the lobby who was always friendly and helpful whenever we passed by.

Unfortunately, the hotel felt quite cold and impersonal. Breakfast was okay, good quality food but lacked variety. Overall approach of staff felt very rigid with little flexibility. Simple requests were met with disdain. We were also unhappy with the lack of transparency around additional charges, as well as misleading claims regarding the access and availability of spa facilities. Despite this hotel is clean and comfortable with large spacious rooms. The surrounding area also has a lot to offer; shopping, restaurants etc.

Room was great. Spacious and well decorated. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned throughout our whole stay. The cleaning lady came at 9am whilst we were still in bed. We asked her to come back a little while later, but nobody returned. However, this was a very minor detail & possible just a miscommunication. The rest of the stay was brilliant. Friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant Akai is a must try

The hotel was fantastoc. The rooms wefe especially impressive. The pool was loevly too! Breakfast great and staff friendly and efficient. Location was perfect for accsessing the Xmas markets, shops and museums as well as the botanical gardens. We walked there from Brussels midi train station and it was pretty much one attaight road. Our only xritisism was not having proper cups or spoons to make tea in the room but we are big tea drinkers!

No responses to messages sent to the hotel during stay, no answer on phone, and there was noise coming from piping throughout the stay so not a good nights sleep. The front desk said this was from the air conditioning and an engineer would look into it but there was still noise, so I don’t think this was the case. There was no follow up and messages were sent to the property.
