Room directly on the tram tracks and stops. So no sleep. It is a good hotel, but not sleeping is really a minus.

Very efficient way to stay in Brussels, close to transportation and within easy walking distance of Grand Place and other tourist areas. The room is no frills but has what you need and is spacious enough not to feel cramped. Check-in and check-out was automated and very easy. Nice coffee and laundry area in the basement and easy access to two restaurants on the ground floor. Very reasonable price for the location.

Conveniently located automated hotel w/ no frills

The room was nice but the air conditioner didn't work properly, no one cleaned the room or gave us fresh towels the entire stay. In fact, we never saw staff there at all; check in and check out were automated.

Good value

Booked a single room, nice room with plenty of space for one. Clean and comfy bed. Was especially cozy with the small light. I could hear the trams but I liked the noise so wasn't fussed by them. Air conditioning didn't seem to do much but not an issue as it was mild outside. About a 7 minute walk from metro stop. Had a locked baggage room to drop bags off at which was handy. Overall had a pleasant stay

The world need more citybox

Very good overall experience. The hotel is automated and everything works excellent. The check in / out process was amazing and the hotel take to provision for my early arrival giving me options. I like to find more hotels like citybox in my next travels.

A short walk from the closest metro station which is only a few stop from Brussels Zuid train station. Room was really clean and spacious. There isn't a kettle in the room but hot water can be gotten from the guest kitchen on the first basement.

Lovely and clean hotel, but hot

Good location, near shopping area and the ferries wheel. There are cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins walk to the grand place. Very clean but basic. The AC did not work well so we ended up sleeping in the heat.
