Cozy Door County Beach House with Stunning Sunsets only 35' off the Bay.

This, 2 bedroom 1000 square foot home, is only 35 feet off the Bay of Green Bay, was built mid- year 2018. The setting is picturesque and tranquil. The first floor of this 2 story home features a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cookware, a dining area, a half bath and a living room that looks out to the Bay of Green Bay.

The Beach House is next door to the LLC Owner's residence. Both homes are shown in the first photo in the photo stream.

The living room has a 44 inch flat screen television and a blue ray DVD player with an antenna for local stations or streaming TV thru Roku using your account log-in. There are games and jigsaw puzzles provided.

The second Story has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed. One of the bedrooms also has a crib and a reading nook. There is a 2nd living room on the 2nd level with a queen pullout. The 2nd floor has a full bath with a double sink, tub and a shower.

A quiet, private, rural location in Southern Door County with spacious vistas and opportunities for bird watching.

Door County had experienced historically high water in 2020 that caused the waterfront to be in constant flux. Water has dropped a couple of feet since the high water peak. The water varies on any given day and throughout a single day from being completely calm to stunning, waves that crash on the shore. The waves and wind direction may impact beach access. In late April 2020, rip rap was installed to restore and preserve the shoreline. due to the high water at that time. Swimming is at your own risk. A private dock with a bench is included. However, strong storms in the spring and the fall typically limit the dock on the water from Mid May thru Mid September. Due to unpredictable weather conditions the dock is not suitable for mooring water craft. Pictures were updated to show a view from the dock and from the shore to show the improvements.

Outside Security Camera:
There are no outside security cameras anywhere on the Beach House property.

However, there is an outside security camera at the host's personal residence located next door to the Beach House. The outside security camera is attached to their deck that captures the host's personal dock and personal boat/boat lift on the water, and the guest parking space.
