I booked this place for my family for one night due to them having a shuttle. We booked the shuttle waited at the airport no one arrived. For over two hours from 9pm-11:30pm we tried to contact them and they would not answer the phone at reception. Called their call centre guest relations several times, they tried multiple times and could not get the person at the hotel to answer the phone either. After midnight we gave up and booked another hotel so more money spent. Their customer service is appalling, Wotif has tried contacting the reception and reservations since for a refund and they couldn’t even get them to answer the phone. They have emailed them which I am STILL waiting for a refund. Don’t book this hotel!!!!!!!

I was so upset with level of customer service. I got stuck in the parking garage without a code to exit. The desk clerk clearly could care less about helping or she would have given me code. She accepted payment for the parking garage though!!! Do better
