It was in the middle of everything. So it was convenient. However the bathroom window was broken, the staff was accommodating. It was ok for 5 people to just crash and sleep. Oh they do have a nice big lobby.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Top marks. The bedroom did the job, though the bathroom very small, indeed the toilet position near the sink...extremely close, made it difficult to even have a pee. Though it did the job. Slept well.

Do NOT stay here! Dirty room and there were stains on the mattress. We tried speaking with the front desk after check in, but were told there was nothing they could do until the manager came in the next morning. We went downstairs the next morning to speak with the manager hoping to get refunded for the next two nights and go somewhere else, but still no manager on site and they refused to call them. We left and found another accommodation. Tried asking hotels.com to handle, and when they did get in contact with them, they refused any refund for the remaining nights. So now stuck paying for two hotels because this one was unacceptable. Also weird request, they make you leave the key when you leave the property. Didn’t feel secure about that.

One night in Bryssel

Hotel is in a great location but the breakfast was only plain croisant and bread. I really would like to recommend to the hotel that please put something else into breakfast rather than only plain croisant and bread with butter. Otherwise nice stay and clean rooms.
