Excellent location! Grand Place was only a few minutes away and my daughter loved being able to walk right out of the hotel and be in the center of all the stores. The train station is right up the street. We loved our stay here and would book again.

Check in time was 3pm. One staff member told us our rooms would be ready by 3pm. When we returned at 3pm another member of staff said our room is not ready and could not give a time when it would be ready. He said it could be as late as 22:00pm. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially as the staff member knew we were tired after travelling from London. Please investigate this incident because the inconsistent messaging from your staff and the Checked In time on my booking spoiled my experience at this hotel.

Great location. The rooms are clean and the staff was very courteous. Only complaint was the noise from a neighboring room guest who kept opening and closing his door after midnight and setting off the smoke alarm.
