The hotel had the best location for the Christmas market and walking to the city centre sights. There was a really nice atmosphere and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming; I arrived jet-lagged and several hours early for check-in and without batting an eye, they went over and above to get my my room within an hour. Plus, they make one heck of a great flat white. Coffee and breakfast was great.
