The Pentahotel was a 5 minute walk to the city bus that took us directly to and from the airport. It was convenient for our travels. The rooms are outdated, the walls are thin, and there are not a lot of options for food nearby. The bed could use more pillows. The staff were welcoming, and very helpful and even let us check in early. Overall, it was a decent stay for our layover.

The staff was great. The room was comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast. I originally paid to have breakfast for the two mornings I was there, but on that first morning there wasn’t much to eat so they did refund me. The disappointment came when I just wanted a cup of coffee and they would not allow me to have a cup of coffee and there is no coffee set up in the room so I walked next-door to the Holiday Inn and got coffee and had my meals there

The hotel was basic, but that's fine. I think it would be great to have shuttles to the station or airport. Maybe something you can give customers regarding train schedules. Oh, my shampoo dispenser was empty which annoyed me, but I've been annoyed by worse. Food was nice.
