The hotel have only two settings on AC that if it is winter time, the room is on heater and summer time on AC. We arrived during fall and complained about the AC and no one explained to us although we called maintenance service and told them that the room was more than warm for us. We couldn't even open the windows since we were on the 8th floor. It was bad experience on this hotel.

The hotel connected directly with the MIDI Brussels train station, you could walk to the Front desk through a door at the end corner of the station. The hotel was clean and quiet, the rooms were spacious with a big sectional counch. Bathroom was clean.

Location was great. Staff were helpful & full of helpful local knowledge. Room was quite tired. Carpets were stained/dirty, the tv would switch itself off everytime I attempted to watch something, the room generally felt tired and neglected. Bed was incredibly comfortable though!

This property was amazing in the fact that it sits atop the Eurostar station. We piped off and went upstairs to the hotel. It was roomy, clean, quiet and most enjoyable. We would highly recommend it to others

Great location right next to Eurostar train station ( Brussels MIDI). About 20 minutes walk to Grand Place and walking distance to most of the tourist sites. Staff friendly and happy to help with any travel needs. An easy to navigate city. If you are feeling lazy the metro is next to the hotel and a cheap way to travel. Only criticism is that you could not open the room window, can get quite warm. Despite this, would not hesitate to recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Pullman was bright, clean, family friendly, and SO conveniently located! The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Quick Check in and check out. We were able to check everything off our to do list. Would definitely recommend!
