Booked a one king and one twin bed room. The twin bed was basically just a cot mattress on a camping frame. Quite uncomfortable for a 21 year old to sleep in. Might be okay for a young child. The air conditioner was pitiful and would barely cool off the room by the morning despite it being only about 24 degrees outside. I could understand these issues with a lower end hotel, but at this price, I expect better.

Great location and loved the art work

Reception area and dining space are beautiful decorated and grand- certainly has the wow factor. The room didn’t so much, we booked a suite, felt the attention to detail was lacking in some aspects and the lighting system poor, room was very dull and lighting for bathroom on main system which wasn’t great during the night. Breakfast had great options, service wasn’t good and after 20 minutes had to approach staff to order something. We appreciated the kids packs on check in. Think the pictures of the room were misleading and didn’t get what we were expecting but otherwise stay was good.
