Ezt mĂ©g meg is Ă©rtettĂŒk volna hogy kiszellƑztettek mielƑtt jöttĂŒnk de utĂĄna azt tapasztaltuk hogy a fƱtĂ©s ki van kapcsolva. PrĂłbĂĄltuk bekapcsolni de sehogy nem sikerĂŒlt Ă­gy a 13-15C-os apartmanba voltunk.Írtunk a tulajnak hogy nincs fƱtĂ©s Ă©s fĂĄzunk. Vissza Ă­rt hogy Ƒ most dolgozik Ă©s 8 Ăłrakkor vĂ©gez Ă©s utĂĄna tudja megnĂ©zni hogy mi a baj. This property is an excellent value. It is clean, in a great location, great water pressure, great internet connect, and a queen size bed, which is rare in Europe.There was so much space for 2 people. Would highly recommend.

The location is ideal, below the city viewing point. Lidl just across the road, hot water, clean bedding and kitchen utensils. The host is very polite and let us to check in 2 hours earlier. The only inconsistency is with sleeping places. With enough sleeping for 4 but only 1 double duvet for all. Pictures attached.

Dangerous stairs

Good location, no hot water on arrival, I had to figure out to fix it, TVs never work, one did not have remote control.Sablon is not good for seniors and you have to speak the country language

El propietario nos dejĂł llegar con anterioridad a la hora indicada y la salida tambien pudimos hacerla mas tarde. Fue muy amable.Fantastica ubicacion para conocer Bruselas a pie.La estancia tiene escaleras dentro del apartamento, ojo las personas con dificultad. No me gusta que no se haya indicado.

Logement correct, avec assez d'espace pour 3 personnes voire plus.Situation gĂ©ographique intĂ©ressante, Ă  mi-chemin entre la gare du midi et le centre ville historique.Des pistes d'amĂ©lioration seraient nĂ©anmoins Ă  envisager : une couette supplĂ©mentaire serait apprĂ©ciable pour le canapĂ©-lit car de simples plaids peuvent ne pas suffire. De mĂȘme, ajouter de la vaisselle rendrait le sĂ©jour plus confortable car il n'y a qu'un seul verre Ă  eau (tous les autres sont des verres Ă  pied), seulement 3 bols... Une cafetiĂšre et un sĂšche-cheveux pourraient ĂȘtre un plus.HĂŽte agrĂ©able mais nous n'avons Ă©changĂ© que par la messagerie Abritel et il n'a pas toujours Ă©tĂ© facile Ă  contacter par ce biais. Le dĂ©part du logement n'a pas pu se faire avec remise des clĂ©s en main propre Ă  cause de cela.Informations importantes Ă  noter : de nombreuses marches pour accĂ©der au logement, et mĂȘme Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de l'appartement, donc logement non adaptĂ© aux PMR contrairement Ă  ce qu'on peut lire sur l'annonce.Par ailleurs un bar-restaurant situĂ© en dessous du logement diffuse rĂ©guliĂšrement de la musique le soir, Ă  trĂšs haut volume. Sur les 3 nuits cela n'a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©ellement dĂ©rangeant que sur 1 et grĂące Ă  des bouchons d'oreilles nous avons tout de mĂȘme pu dormir. Notre hĂŽte nous a assurĂ© que des dĂ©marches Ă©taient en cours auprĂšs de la copropriĂ©tĂ© concernant les nuisances sonores, Ă  espĂ©rer que cela porte ses fruits.

Appartement au dessus d'un restaurant bar, musique trop forte, trop de basse, l'appartement tremble. Musique jusqu'Ă  4h du matin dimanche, impossible de dormir. Cet appartement doit ĂȘtre louer seulement les nuits de dimanche Ă  lundi et lundi Ă  mardi car le bar ferme le lundi et ferme Ă  heure resonnable le dimanche. Pas de cafetiĂšre dans la cuisine. Pas de sĂšche cheveux dans la salle de bain.

Estå céntrico en una calle bastante humilde. Enfrente hay supermercados que son económicos. El alojamiento tiene muchísimas escaleras muy difíciles de subir. La puerta de entrada al portal estå defectuosa y es una entrada muy pequeña. Faltan toallas faltan platos en general. La ducha funciona muy bien. La cocina estå bien. La cama es cómoda.
