Very good hotel, very large and well equipped rooms. Just 10 minutes walk from centre of Brussels. Only down site is area between Gare Midi and hotel is a building site, so best accessed from Gare Centraal.

Clean room, friendly staff. Bathroom shower was broken. They tried fixing but still didn’t work. Walkable from Grand Place-great location. Walkable from Midi station also but due to major road work, not an easy walk.

I had no idea this property was in a bad and dirty neighborhood.,If I had known, I wouldn’t have chosen it.,However, the staff, in particular, “Semie”? Who is from Rwanda, made up for it! He was very helpful, told us what to watch out for outside, and had a good sense of humor.,We chatted with him about Rwanda a lot because my girlfriend has a relative who just visited there. Also, the dark haired young man at desk Monday morning, was very good! Breakfast was good! So the only negative thing is the neighborhood.

The room was very spacious and just like the pictures on the listing. The air conditioning worked really well. The shower/bathroom was very nicely done. There was a large counter to hold personal belongings. The in-room storage was perfect for our family. The room was very up to date and the beds were the best! I have never slept so well in my life! The coin laundry mat was easily accessible from the hotel -about 1/2 a block away and the staff at the hotel even made change for us. The staff were so nice and informative of local places to eat and things to do. It was an amazing place to stay and I would stay there again!

Good place to explore Brussels from.

Nice staff, good location. Good free wifi. Parking is limited in area and overnight parking is a bit of a walk away. Room has a safe. Restaurant / bar in hotel. Only complaint is the area is under a lot of construction so access is a bit difficult and Google Maps gets confused.

Just close enough to sites

The hotel is very nice with comfortable, clean rooms. I liked that the location is a little beyond the tourist area with local restaurants but an easy walk to all the sites. The front desk staff could be more present, and the construction around the area is a mess, but otherwise all good!
