The basic room are terrible small, at least one wall dirty , impossible space between bed and the wall where Tv room is, very uncomfortable soft and sort pillows. The business room are a bit wider, pillows the same as in basic room, some of the towels have a strange smell, old furniture, dusty and spotted, all entrance doors of the rooms look after the 2nd war. Definetly, not a 4 stars hotel. Reception looks like 5 stars, but ,unfortunatelly, tourists don't sleep at reception. Never come back here if you want a real 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area and has close proximity to major tourist attractions at a walkable distance. Staff was friendly and clean rooms.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and a good size. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The bar area was very nice with areas to relax, others too watch TV as well as a pool table and shuffle board. The bar staff were excellent while the reception staff were generally good but occasionally disinterested. Reviews we read says that the area wasn't that safe, dinner of the nearby dude starts looked inviting at night but the main road in front of the hotel was fine and had a selection of places to eat. During the day, it was a safe 5 minute walk to reach the shopping area and around 15-20 minutes to the grand place and other tourist areas. The car park under the hotel was a little tricky to find at night but it was well lit inside and felt safer than many car parks we've used. We would certainly stay here again.

The staff was courteous and the hotel lobby area is nice. My gripe with this hotel was my room. The “carpet” was dirty (I don’t believe they vacuum) and the bathroom was less than desirable due to the stains in the bathtub, chipped tile & a broken stopper.
