I had never stayed in a property which did not have a front of house staff, and was nervous about doing so, but I need not have worried. My stay at Whitlock16 was seemlessly managed from start to finish. The hotel itself is really well designed and maintained, everything was bright, well decorated and spotlessly clean. My room was spacious, extremely comfortable and spotless, with grain in-room facilities, such as the fridge, which was really welcome. The contact from Laurent was prompt, with instructions for check in and departure very clear. He was easily contactable and responded really fast and with great courtesy to all my queries. In short, a real gem in Brussels, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
