The room was clean but dated. There are many building with rooms not attached to the main building, so getting to the pool or dining was a walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Would stay there again due to convenient location.

While the actual beds were comfy and the room was of above average quality, the building structure showed its weaknesses at night. Very little sleep; every step taken in the room above us in Deer Lodge was loud, boomy and creaky. I swear they were trying to get their steps in ALL NIGHT and early mornings. Constantly walking back and forth. Impossible to get a good-night's sleep. The menu and prices in the restaurant had me thinking we were in for a treat. All the food was bland, some of it inedible. It's a small town, so there aren't many off-site options, so we just had to sort of go with it. We had a great time in the National Park. We will find somewhere else to stay next time.

We stayed at this property on the night of June 15th, 2025. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon. The hotel is just huge, like a little village, it has a restaurant (and the food is pretty good) and a big gift shop and mini market. The rooms are large, clean and cozy. There’s even a little lake you can walk to. I loved staying at this hotel. If I could only give one suggestion, it would be nice to have more plant based protein sources at the buffet, both for dinner and breakfast.
