The property is not as advertised!!!!! It is run down, the pool is in disrepair ...

The property is not as advertised!!!!! It is run down, the pool is in disrepair and unusable, and the room is not worth the price paid!!! I can see through to the outside through both the front door and patio door. There is a pail of cigarette butts sitting on our patio. Every chair for outside sitting is either broken, peeling paint, or in disrepair. The room has one lamp and so half the room is dark. There are holes in the walls. The ceiling over the bed is sagging and stained. The list continues. I have taken pics to prove these realties. We want a full refund!!!! We can’t stay here!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY (Lloyds on the River )!!! The actual property was not as listed especially as the pictures show. The property was in disrepair, the pool rundown and unopened, and the room was dark and not as pictured! The room itself was not worth the price charged. The ceiling was stained from a previous leak and was still caving in over the bed. Holes in the walls of the bathroom and living area. Only one working lamp between the beds, so no light in seating area which was very dark when the curtains were closed. A large bucket of old cigarette butts sitting outside our patio door. All the rocking chairs provided had peeling paint and broken backs. The pool, which is the main reason we booked this property, looked like it had not been opened in some time, with overturned pool chairs, a half falling off pool cover, and no water, despite being advertised as an amenity. When we requested a room change, the stressed out attendant (her words, not mine) said all rooms have some "imperfections" and she had no other rooms available. Ended up leaving the property after speaking with Vrbo Cares.
