Nice staff, kindness, cleanness... Cool place

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is ideal—close to restaurants, cafés, and beautiful parks, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the room to the common areas, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and the high standard of service. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

I thought it was a great place to stay. It's in a good location of the city, the staff were very friendly, and the price is certainly reasonable. Juan and Christian were awesome and I would stay here again.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Bed sheets and pillow cases had some stains as well as few head hairs. Price was a bit higher than the one advertised at reservation.

We got there by midnight, and they were charging us $20.00 per night above the price given by hotels.com; after arguing with them, they ended up charging us about $70.00 more for the entire stay (about 6 days) than what hotels.com "guaranteed". The people over there is nice but the room we stayed the first night was terrible! Very disgusting! We even decided to leave the next morning, but they offered us a bigger room for the same price. Our overall experience besides the people and the area which is very central, was disappointing.

Great hotel closer to downtown

Excellent attention to client. Great attention to fix unexpected issues. Great service. Room very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was colombian style and delicious. Will recommended to anyone that want to enjoy the Santander state. Also, the turistic information giving in the hotel was amazing. The price was reasonable. Cuddos to the hotel!!!!

Super place probably little known

This is in Barrio Cabecerra, a great place for food and stores. Safe, clean, and between 2 main streets where you can easily access transport or walk to local places and malls. Room was Fan Tas Tic! Service by staff beyond compare
