Before our visit, communication with the owner, Antonella, was excellent- prompt and very helpful. Once we arrived, we found this one bedroom apartment to be spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. We stayed for almost a month and found it well-equipped for preparing our own meals. The bed is comfortable. The balcony and view are beautiful. However, the couch wasn’t very comfortable and there was no other indoor seating. The best part of the experience was Miss Juliet, the onsite manager and housekeeper. She is a warm, lively person who did everything possible to make sure our stay was a positive and comfortable one. She provided helpful advice when asked, and checked on us regularly to make sure all was well. We looked forward to our regular visits with her. The downside to this property is that it is noisy because there is a main road right at the bottom of the hill on which it is located. If visitors are there for a short time and busy all day, they might not notice it as much as we did. We regularly spent daytime hours there because of the length of our stay and found the noise level to be a major annoyance.
