The villa is located within an organic farm.

Mulino al Suono is composed of three flats on staggered levels that are not communicating with each other, however the large spaces allow the group to gather for lunches, dinners.
The first two flats are in the old Mill dating back to 1100. While the New Mill (the one that still contains the millstones) dates back to 1800. The Old Mill used the stream, which now runs alongside and along the property, to produce flour for the entire area. It was a mill belonging to the Benedictine Abbey of Badia Agnano. Where the stream flowed, the swimming pool was created.
