Fantastic place. Janos at the reception desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. Recommended me a great place for dinner too. Central location with great views of the fisherman's bastion, castle, parliament and chain bridge.

The underground parking garage is accessed by driving your car onto an elevator and then having your car rotated with you in it when below ground. Pretty neat parking system. The hotels location gives you a direct view of the Parliament Building when it lights up at night. Great place to stay for the money.

Overall this was a good stay - it felt safe and away from the major inner city area. The views from both the front and back of the hotel were fabulous. Only downside really was that our room was a little tired - no comfortable chairs - damp patches on the ceiling - just a little bit disappointing that is all - but this may be just our room - our son was in a different room although booked as the same and his room was more spacious and had comfy chairs -seems a little thing but it only left and plastic chair or the bed to sit on and the room was not cheap.

Great location for both sides of the river. Easy access to public transportation as well. The Spar down the street was super easy to access for anything needed during the stay as well. Breakfast was great in the hotel, but we only did that one day. Highly recommend this location!

Lovely hotel with nice staff...room fairly standard and needs an upgrade. Fantastic iconic view of the Parliament. Most things are on the other side of the river so a walk or uber is needed however it is easy to get up to the castle for amazing views.

I cannot say enough about the level of service at this exceptional property and its attentive staff in every encounter. The pictures of the rooms do not do them justice as we were impressed with its spaciousness and level of comfort that we experienced. Not only did we find the morning buffets excellent but also sampled the dinner offerings and were also impressed. A marvelous location on the Pest side of the Danube! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.

Great hotel overlooking the Parliament building. Was a great location for us however is on Buda side of Danube so lots of walking as many places to see on Pest side. Breakfast is amazing and so much choice - would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed there for 4nights. First thing that went wrong;we requested a queen bed and were given 2 single beds instead. We were also dissatisfied with the cleaners; sheets were not changed although they were stained, empty plastic cups were not taken away, mugs were used for coffee and never changed, toilet roll was not restocked, hand wash was not replenished. The buffet was good with fresh food and staff were mostly polite, the view was really good, check in and check out were really fast and receptionists very kind.
