Liked that we were able to arrange a suite to suit 3 adults, liked the reception staff, didnt like like the many stairs up and down and that bottom steps sometimes blended into the floor. When I fell and this was pointed out it was corrected with a more visible strip on the last step.

A great location within walking distance of Buda Castle and the Chain Bridge. Reception was great,all the staff were friendly and very accomodating. They recommended places to eat and booked a tour for us. We were upgraded to a fabulous room over looking the castle. The hotel bar was also lovely for drinks and there were great choices for breakfast

Very nicely located for all of the main activities in the city. We walked everywhere with the longest walk only being 40mins. Hotel was clean and the room was nice. Staff were friendly. Had a very nice meal there one of the evenings also.

Overall the hotel was conveniently located to many tourist attractions shops and restaurants. Quick check-in experience friendly and helpful staff. Had a upgraded room with the view of Castle Hill. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Mini fridge, safe, ironing board. Complimentary toiletries. Overall the room was clean and bright. Lovely clean and comfortable beds, generally had a decent sleep. Breakfast was lovely a great selection of continental and cooked a wide variety for everyone taste. It was nice to have baked beans one of the morning. Staff was friendly and attentive. Water was available to refil your bottles. It was an enjoyable experience staying at the Park Plaza hotel would highly recommend. Should have taken more advantage of the 20% off offer on food and beverages. I did have a hot drink in the bar which was a pleasant experience until one of the waiters kept the door open as I assumed he was serving food outside but it was cold in the evening as I was sitting opposite i indicated that ot was chilly he was a bit abrupt stating 'he's doing his job' he then ensured the door was kept closed. Staying at the hotel help and did enhance my Budapest experience.

Lovely Budapest stay.

The hotel is very clean and our stay was very pleasant. The Breakfast was really nice with a wide selection of food to choose from. The staff were extremely polite, cheerful, friendly and very professional. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked that some of the hotel was an old traditional building behind the newer building. There was always a horrible sewage smell around the corridor and in the old part of the hotel which was off-putting. Staff were helpful except for the staff member that checked us in, i felt like he was telling us for getting the wrong taxi to the hotel and he didn’t make eye contact with us at any point.

We have the opportunity to stay in huge room. It was very constable spacious with two big clean full bathrooms. Quite place in a very colonial renovated hotel.

Perfectly fine place to stay in Budapest.

Beautiful view, though the room should be set up so you can actually see it from the bed without standing by the window. Furnishings and carpet are dated. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Quiet outside and convenient to metro stop and street cars, though very few eating options nearby for dinner as things shut down at night. Overall, comfortable stay.

The view from the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful. One side is the Danube River and the Parliament and the other side is the Castle. We enjoyed the location was outside of all the tourist traffic but still very convenient. The staff was just OK. We weren't offered a map at check in or "must see" locations. The room was nice, however, we could hear the folks upstairs which was annoying. The restroom was very dark. No bottled water available in the room. In room coffee was limited to one cup each, each day for a party of two. Overall all our stay was enjoyable but some little details were missing. The Parliament view at night really was the biggest wow of the stay.
