The check in was absolutely a nightmare. The company is suppose to send you an email, that does not get to your inbox (or SPAM box) apparently because a known issue to management. Then, once you get the various codes and try to decipher them, the main code to open the box with key inside does not work! I saw at least 3 other travelers (families, couples) struggling downstairs with the code/key. This experience in and of itself already makes the experience unpleasant.
