The rooms aren’t soundproof and every time a cleaner passed ( several times a day) it was like a tank passed.Under my room I could hear the train passing , it was very loud..When someone slammed their door my bed was rocking.Bedside table was wobbly, was afraid to put a drink on it.Water takes at least a minute to warm up.Otherwise it screams luxury, but no practicality

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was always well-maintained throughout my visit. The service was great—staff were helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect. The tram station was right in front of the hotel, which made it very easy to get anywhere in the city. Everything was within reach, including shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very nice place! The amenities were super cool the spa and steam room was great. One minor note was that the room did smell a little like sewer. Other than that the hotel was super cool
