Nice hotel, beautiful view of the Buda Castle from our room. The room itself was somewhat tired and could definitely use a lighting upgrade as there was one master switch that controlled the lighting for the whole room. We ended up unscrewing light bulbs for better lighting. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were great. Bed was fresh and comfortable. But everything needs an update. Corridor carpets worn and dirty looking, furnishings aged. But we slept well and had a lovely view. Breakfast was very good and held in a lovely space.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, perfect to start the day. The staff were outstanding – friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, close to everything you need and easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service!

The greatest central location for a tourist wanting to see Budapest. The food is average, plentiful breakfast buffet and something for all. Employees were kind and attentive. The hotel’s furnishings could use an immediate update. Wood finish was off on all edges, our tv didn’t work and we had to move rooms which is a hassle.

I booked a room with twin beds over 6 months before my visit and I had viewed the specific type of room online. These images quite clearly showed seperate beds, with their own headboard. However, what I was given what was quite clearly meant as a double room. Two single beds had been pushed together within the double headboard. The two single beds were covered with a double bed sheet, but then each bed had it's own single duvet cover. I raised this issue in writing via messaging, but this hotel did not even bother to reply. As a customer, I felt disrespected by this non- reply. On check out, I was asked about any issues, to which I reiterated all of the above. Hotel personnel claimed that they could have moved me to a twin room, if they had known about this? I feel they need to improve on getting it right first time and not ignoring written texts that are sent. I have travelled to many hotels around the world and never been treated in such a poor manner.
