The hotel is excellent in every respect. It is located around a very big central square. This is extremely convenient in terms of public transport links. You can easily go anywhere from there. The negative is that Keleti station is lovely on the outside but run down. It was closed for renovations but the area around it smells of urine due to old plumbing. However, very easy to reach the hotel and relatively ok at night due to the very open space and fast foods open till midnight. I would recommend the Intercity Hotel and stay here again.

We arrived early and were given access to our room right away. The reception desk delivered a complimentary small bottle of champagne to our room. Very nice. Our flight the next morning was before breakfast so the hotel packed us a robust takeaway breakfast. Great service!

You have to pay for a locker if you want to leave your luggage. Room is cleaned daily but not throughly. No decent restaurants near the hotel.

Excellent location. Clean hotel, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again there. One thing, after cleaning the room, water bottles were not always replaced. some days we find new bottles and other days we find the empty bottles still in room without new ones. Not that hard to keep consistency. Its just water :)

Comfortable and Convenient

Great location next to main railway station and underground. Hotel is modern clean and comfortable. Had an evening meal which consisted of a basic buffet meal that cost £55; hotel prices lesson learnt.

Had the worst experience in this intercity they were bugs everywhere i am filling a complain. As i have been in intercities all over the GCC and this was an awful experience

Convenient location, next to the train station. However, our shower drain was clogged and the maintenance staff was unable to fix the clog after two attempts, and made no attempts to make the situation better afterwards or place us in a new room.
