Great location. Very central. Helpful staff. Room was okay but bathroom was a disaster with the shower area. The water was everywhere as there was no proper barrier for water to stay in the showering area so it would overflow. I had to ask for several bath mats. Not expected from a 5 star hotel

There were terrible noises from the roof like the hotel was under construction. I’ve complained on a daily basis and asked to be moved to a different room / floor but didn’t get any good answer.

This recently renovated hotel was a lovely, central place to stay in Budapest. The room was quite nice, the staff was great and the restaurant food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
