The apartment is located in the heart of Budapest entertainment area in a recently reconstructed end of 19th century building just steps away from the famous Budapest Opera House, many theatres, bars, clubs & restaurants.

Budapest main Fashion Street, Andrassy Boulevard is just crossing Nagymezo street some 150 meters from where the apartment is located. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a private residential building & accessible by a wide marble stairway & by elevator as well.

To ensure higher safety & privacy the apartment is separated from the staircase by a locked door & has its own terrace/foyer overlooking onto the inner courtyard & equipped with teak terrace furniture. The apartment features a suitable entrée, a large & bright dining room equipped – among others - with a dining table suitable even for 8 persons.

The bathroom has been fully refurbished & equipped with bath tub/shower, inbuilt washbasin with a huge mirror, plenty of storage space & an inbuilt energy efficient washing machine. The toilet is separated & equipped with a small wash basin with a mirror.
