Room is spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Was not a fan of the toilet and shower being in the same room as the bedroom. Breakfast is very nice, good options both hot and cold. Staff are very nice and helpful. Food in the bar/bistro in the evening was excellent.

Up Hotel is a clean, modern hotel, located right near a lovely garden and steps away from some fun areas and great restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay there for five nights during our first trip to Budapest. It was very accessible to public transportation and also the Hop-on Hop-off bus! :) We used the gym, which was small but adequate. And the staff was always very friendly and nice. Our room was clean and they prepared a king size bed so we were very comfortable. The only slight drawback is that we didn't love the bathroom layout - two 'stalls' (one for the shower, one for the toilet) and an open concept for the sink. Still, we loved it overall and are very happy we stayed here.

Very central location with good transport links and a lot to do things. Shower screen faulty keep coming out of the runner could fall on person. Toilet bottom thick layer of yellow substance and stains on sofa. Very expensive bar menu.

We enjoyed this hotel. One significant issue -- the wifi is awful. It would suddenly drop out with no service. They kindly moved us to a room just above their server which helped slightly.

Couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. Room was perfect (corner suite with terrace) comfortable and exceptionally clean, lovely toiletries, good stock of coffee, tea, water etc. The team very friendly and so very helpful and breakfasts were fabulous. Lovely hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed at in Europe. Location is excellent, across from a park and near all the sites.

Great hotel, in a quiet area but easy walking distance to the main attractions. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Hotel room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, good selection. I would stay here again for sure.
