Me and my friend had a very bad experience with this apartment. It was 2°C, and we were left with no heater throughout our stay. We noticed the issue on the first night. On the second day, I tried to communicate with them, but Nobi, the person assisting us, was not helpful at all. He even made it feel like it was somehow our fault that we didn’t have heat on the second day, saying we weren’t in the apartment when the technician came—despite the fact that there was no confirmation or follow-up that anyone would actually arrive. We left only because it seemed clear no one was coming. On the third day, the technician finally came early in the morning, checked the apartment, and told us he couldn’t fix anything because the heating was controlled by the building manager, not the apartment staff. My issue is that this apartment did nothing to meet the basic needs of their guests. They let us freeze for days. They didn’t even provide a simple plug-in heater. We couldn’t shower because it was too cold, and we even started coughing and getting sick. I actually left back to America sick, which has never happened to me on any of my trips. I’ve been traveling to Europe since 2017 and never had any issues—until now. I do want to commend Kate, who was very patient, professional, and helpful throughout the situation. Unfortunately, despite her efforts, nothing was resolved.The apartment itelf is nice, but the management is extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment at all.

I DO NOT recommend staying here!

The apartment itself is big with 2 bedrooms and living area, but the bathrooms were very dirty. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom with a smell that was unbearable, and the entire apartment smelled like sewage the entire stay. The shower is poorly set up so the water sprays straight out of the shower (clearly one of the causes of the mold problem). One of the bedrooms smelled like urine very strongly, so we couldn’t use the room during our stay. If you care about your health, you should not stay here. It’s not good to be breathing in the mold! The bedsheets were also very old and stained yellow. Along with other clear wear and tear in the living area, it seems they don’t care to offer clean or comfortable accommodations. You can find other apartments in the same area for the same price. Look elsewhere!

This was a wonderful apartment however there were a few issues. The front door handle and lock are broken and need to be fixed. Also, the lockbox that holds the key for the front door was jammed when we arrived at 11pm. We could not open it and had to wait for someone to answer our calls and texts. A new box or system should be installed. Lastly the main bedroom mattress is very hard and you can feel the springs. A simple foam topper would be a great option. We loved the location and the overall apartment. A great option for a very good price.

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. The location was brilliant for getting about the city. The location was in the party district and therefore you were able to hear the distant sound of music and people having fun but as this was a 3rd floor apartment the noise wasn’t distracting and didn’t keep any of us awake.

Location. Locat. Location.

Location is excellent. I’m a frequent visitor to Budapest and know the city very well. If you want to be in the center of things this is a great choice. Sofa bed needs a fix, not comfortable for sleep, the two bedrooms are great.

Zona muy concurrida, cercana a muchos bares, restaurantes, lugares de interés! Si viajas con niños no es muy recomendable, tiene mucha vida nocturna y mucho ruido. El piso en general bien, le falta un poco de arreglo al baño y a la humedad que hay, relación calidad-precio ok

La struttura si trova in zona pedonale. Dentro il quartiere della movida dei pub e non è adatta ad anziani e a chi cerca riposo. La casa è molto attrezzata e tenuta bene (tranne la doccia a parete in parte non funzionante). Bella struttura e bella zona.

Fin lägenhet. Perfekt läge, i samma gränd som barer och restauranger. Nära centrum. Hiss. Kommunikationen med uthyrare via mejl och app. fungerade bra. Nycklar i låst box, kom in direkt. Infon om allt utom var man skulle göra av med skräpet. Av fyra fjärrkontroller till tv, fungerade en. En brandvarnare, låg i en låda utan batteri.

Lækker lejlighed

Havde et fantastisk ophold. Havde lidt frygtet at der ville være larm fra gaden, da lejligheden ligger i en fest gade. Men da man bor på 3 sal ud mod anden gade, er det ikke meget larm man oplever. Måske ikke en gade jeg ville tage små børn med i, men det var en hyggelig gade og der lå 20 restauranter/bar/drinks steder indenfor 100 meter og om dagen er der små boder for selvstændige kreative folk. Den ene seng havde dobbelt dyne, hvilket jeg skrev til dem om det kunne laves om, og der gik kun 2 timer, så var det fikset. De er så hurtige til at besvare på mails. Virkelig dejligt. Der er et fuld badeværelse med brus og toilet og 1 toilet ved siden af. Så der er to toiletter. Billeder stemmer overens med selve lejligheden. Hvis man på forhånd sætter sig ind i de instrukser vedr indtjekning, og sender de data, de beder om, er det den nemmeste indtjekning jeg nogensinde har prøvet. Så simpelt. Der er elevator op til 3 sal.

Mycket fin lägenhet. Bra läge. Lite oklart vart man skulle slänga sopor. Ingen städning på hela veckan ingick. Trivdes utmärkt. Bra kommunikation med värden. Svårt vid incheckning då man ska skanna in passen och det inte fungerade. Tänk på att cheka in dagen innan ankomst för att slippa krångel vid framkomst.
