Expedia provided us with accommodation for such a low price, however, this accommodation is not worth the low price. We were landing into SNA earlier than intended and had called in to see if we could check in early and the man on the phone said we could. After arriving to the motel, the attendant at the window was giving us a hard time and threatening to charge us extra for trying to check in early, which is understandable, but their communication needs to be more transparent. Fast forward, later that night we arrived back to the motel and the parking lot was so tight and limited. There was a homeless person digging through their dumpster. Moreover, the bathroom had small roaches as well and cigarette burns on the blankets as well. On our last day, our car got hit in the parking lot and I had contacted the front desk for security footage and the attendant said management would contact me, but I have not received any calls. Overall the stay is poor, but Expedia did a great job with securing discounted stays like this, but Expedia needs to work on procuring quality stays.
