I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, my reservation could not be located at first, which caused unnecessary delay before I was finally checked in. Unfortunately, the room conditions made the stay even worse.
When we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor. I encountered two live cockroaches in the room, one of which I photographed crawling on the door. I also found dead bugs in the corner near the outlet when plugging in my phone. Even the soap provided had a bug crawling on it, which raised serious concerns regarding cleanliness and basic sanitation standards.
The towels provided were also unacceptable. One towel had visible stains on it, resembling old makeup. Fresh, clean towels should be a basic expectation in any hotel, and this was extremely disappointing and unsanitary.
The shower water pressure was excessively harsh to the point that it was uncomfortable and even painful, especially for my child, who had to shower quickly as a result. The beds were also uncomfortable and made loud noises with any movement, making it difficult to rest. The pillows offered very little support and felt extremely low quality.
We arrived late at night, otherwise we would have requested a different room or checked out entirely. However, due to the time, we stayed only long enough to rest and left the next morning.
This experience was thoroughly unsatisfactory, and I will not be staying here again.
