Rooms in bad condition

I have been coming here for 6 years and have never seen the rooms in terrible conditions. The window shades were Broken , the door lock was missing and floor boards were loose and I almost fell.

They provide no blankets. Just a sheet and a coverlet, which is very thin. Also, the ice machine is broken, permanently. Terrible Wifi, as well. But the beds are really comfortable and the price is great.

walking distance to places to eat, and right next to Knott farm, 22 miles away from cruise lines, if you don't want to pay so much for a hotel, closer to it. this is the perfect prices and distance from it, and good hotel rate average $80 dollars depending on the season :) Will I stay here again, Yes, I would. confusing, was once you check in, you have to pay deposit, then you will get it back, when you check out, if you didn't damage anything. (ATTENTION) can't pay your deposit thru your major card, you have to have cash for your deposit, I repeat you cannot pay deposit with your credit card, you have to have cash!!! very nice size parking lot.

Very disappointed, they gave me room number 412. Everything is dirty inside, they gave only one towel for two people, there is a terrible smell inside and dust is coming from the air conditioner, the sofa is completely unusable, the bed is dirty and stale, the toilet has stains. Very bad hotel!

A little cleaning will go a long way

Check in was fine. The room was so dirty and repulsive that I went to Walmart to by cleaning supplies! The walls are so dirty, the bathroom is disgusting (boogers dried to the wall and door frames, toilet seat had dried pee on it). It took almost an hour to clean one room. If you book a room bring cleaning supplies and your own towels.

The condition of the was nasty curtain where stapled to walls curtains where dirty the bedding was clean it looked like some one was punching the on the back of door we felt safe the cops were always out side the fridge leaked on the floor when we returned from Disney land so we cleaned it up

We ended our trip early and drove home on the second night. We refused to sleep in the filth a second night. Not to mention the all night yelling between drug attacks who live at the hotel. And the weed smell constantly was over baring. The dude at the front didn’t even care to ask why we were checking out early. Unfriendly and disgusting room. Do not take your family here!!

Terrible beds!!!

Smelled clean with bleach but somewhat dilapidated. Large crack under door. Bugs could easily come in but did not see any. No phone. Three bath towels for 4 people. No face towels. No bath mat. No wash cloth. Two rolls of toilet paper for 2 nights. No maid service. No ice machine. Bed is extremely firm!!! Killed my back!!! Very close to Knott's Berry farm. Walking distance. Close to a Walgreens. That was convenient. If you are looking for bells and whistles, this is not it. Price was good/reasonable. I would probably spend more next time for a nicer place.
