Resort overall is good room was clean , definitely needs some upgrades. The restaurant service was horrible, we waited for the service so long finally I ask can we order something! The food was below average after eating breakfast there we canceled our reservation for dinner .

Place was very dark at night not walkable at all. There were no lights on the roads only at the lobby or main entrance. No transportation available to and from cabins or roomsa. No entertainment and only one restaurant with very expensive over priced drinks. The dining service was terrible. We waited 45 minutes for a drink, the food was extremely expensive but service didn’t reflect that. Needed more staff to serve tables at dinner. Food was just ok. Disappointing. No towels at the infinity pool, but we were told we can’t take our towels from the room and if we lose our towel card, it would cost a lot of money. Brought my towel card to the pool, but there were no towels available after walking in the freezing cold to get there. Towels only available at main lobby hot spring. Hot Springs mainly look like pools nothing really natural about them. Cabins stated they were full kitchen, but we’re not full at all. Barely any silverware available only a few glasses. No salt and pepper or anything like that in the cabins. Make sure you bring paper goods and other things that you want if you want to cook because it’s bare minimum. Check- in was grueling only two people working and it took about 30 minutes in line to get checked in. Overall wouldn’t go back.

Customer service staff was very nice and helpful. The pools are wonderful, we went to the water aerobics class ever morning and the bike in the pool am class excellent. Food in the restaurant was delicious. we had the big bison burger, and an Old Fashion was perfect. March 25'.

I paid $270 for a room that is clearly a $50 a night status. The bathroom has mold from improper ventilation, the vent doesn’t work without a light on, there was hair from previous guests in the shower, there is a terrible smell in the rooms that does not go away, and the espresso machine in the room has terrible instructions. I understand I’m paying for the whole experience but I am seriously disappointed in the quality of room in the hillside part. The sauna also was disgustingly bad, smelled like wet dog, has mold growing in it. I didn’t even want to try to use the bathroom in the bath house. The only great part of this place was my waitress in the steakhouse

We loved the hot springs themselves and the cabin style lodging. The cabin with three beds was perfect for our family of 5. Some of staff was somewhat less than friendly on several occasions, but other than that, our stay was secluded and awesome.
